HARINDER SINGH SIDHU, J Vide judgment and order of sentence dated 26.09.2018 and 28.09.2018 passed by the learned Addl. Sessions Judge, Sonepat, the appellant was convicted and sentenced to undergo RI for three years and to pay a fine of Rs.5,000/- for offence under Section 411 IPC. In default of payment of fine, he shall have to further undergo simple imprisonment for three months.

Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the appellant has undergone the substantive sentence as also the sentence in default of payment of fine.

In view thereof, present appeal has become infructuous and is disposed of accordingly.
