The instant petition has been filed under Section 483 of BNSS, 2023 for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.152 dated 04.09.2023 under Section 21 of NDPS Act (offence under Section 21-C, 29 of NDPS Act added later on) registered at P.S Sadar Patti, District Tarn Taran. 2.

After arguing for some time, when this Court was not inclined to grant the relief, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition.
