SANJEEV PRAKASH SHARMA, J.(Oral) The appellant/writ-petitioner has preferred this appeal against the judgment dated 15.02.2024 passed by the learned Single Judge in CWP No.27118 of 2019 titled as 'Vikas Dang Vs. Haryana Staff Selection Commission and another'.

There is a long delay of 397 days in filing the appeal. The reasons assigned in the application for condonation of delay in filing the appeal are not satisfactory.

Moreover, we find that the petitioner challenged the orders of information dated 03.04.2019 and 12.04.2019 declaring him as ineligible by the respondent-Commission for the post of Upper Division Clerk and the selections were over long back. The learned Single Judge has also YAG DUTT 2025.03.07 14:49 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment

LPA No.667 of 2025 (O&M) -2noticed that the petitioner did not produce any document before the Commission that he has a Computer Diploma Certificate to his credit. The document Annexure P-18 placed before this Court in the writ petition was never part of the application nor produced during the course of scrutiny of documents.
