*** MANOJ BAJAJ, J. (Oral) Petitioner has filed this writ petition under Article 226 Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of habeas corpus with a roving writ for release of detenues mentioned in Para 4 of the petition. Prayer has also been made for appointment of the warrant officer to search the detenues.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that since the detenues have been released, the present petition has been rendered infructuous. Dismissed as infructuous.
