Notice of motion in the present case was issued on 27.05.2022 and the Trial Court was directed to adjourn the case beyond the date fixed by this Court. However, since process fee was not filed, notices could not be issued to the respondents. On 30.11.2022 the matter was adjourned by order. On 31.10.2023 none had appeared on behalf of the petitioner. The Court granted two weeks' time to counsel for the petitioner to do the needful and on doing so fresh notice was ordered to be issued returnable for today. Today no one has appeared on behalf of the petitioner. As per the Office report, counsel for the petitioner, despite being informed, has not deposited the process fee and hence notices could not be issued.

In view of the fact that neither counsel for the petitioner is appearing nor has deposited the process fee, despite two opportunities, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present petition for nonprosecution. 3.

Dismissed for non-prosecution. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
