(ORAL) The present petition has been filed for quashing of order dated 10.05.2019 passed by Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class Patti, District Tarn Taran (Annexure P-4), vide which the petitioner has been directed to pay interim compensation in terms of Section 143-A of Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has since been acquitted by the trial Court itself, vide order dated 03.12.2022, therefore, the present petition has been rendered as infructuous. Dismissed as having been rendered as infructuous.
