(Oral) By way of present petition filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case bearing FIR No.109 dated 28.07.2020 registered under Sections 302/379-B(2)/148/202/149 and 120-B IPC at Police Station Chohla Sahib District Tarn Taran. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petitioner.

Dismissed as withdrawn, however considering the custody period of the petitioner, the Trial Court is requested to expedite the proceedings and conclude the same preferably within a period of six months.
