Learned State counsel has informed that in the instant case the investigation has concluded and a cancellation report has been prepared which is likely to be filed shortly before the Illaqa Magistrate. In view of the aforestated position, wherein the investigation is already stated to have been concluded, it is not deemed appropriate to issue any direction at this stage.
