Through the instant petition, as instituted under Section 438 of the Cr.P.C., the petitioner has sought the concession of anticipatory bail, in case FIR No.485 dated 27.11.2023, under Section 20(c) of the N.D.P.S. Act, 1985, registered at P.S. Bhuna, District Fatehabad. 2.

After addressing arguments for some time, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition.
