HARINDER SINGH SIDHU, J Petitioner has filed this petition seeking parole for four weeks in order to attend marriage of his sister, which is fixed for 12.02.2023. Upon notice, a short reply of Sh. Dinesh Yadav, Deputy Superintendent, District Jail, Rohtak has been filed on behalf of the respondentState of Haryana, wherein it is stated that the petitioner has been sanctioned regular parole for ten weeks by the Divisional Commissioner, Rohtak Division, Rohtak vide order dated 07.02.2023 (R.1).

In view thereof, present petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
