Present writ petition has been filed inter-alia praying for quashing of impugned action of respondents No.1 to 3 restraining them from making appointments to the posts of Elementary Trained Teacher (ETT) amongst candidates possessing the qualification of B.Ed. and to consider the case of ATUL SETHI 2021.11.18 16:11 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document

-2CWP-3417-2021 (O&M) the petitioners for appointment to the posts in question on the basis of Advertisement dated 06.03.2020.

This Court while deciding a Batch of 4 writ petitions (CWP-3363-2021 titled as Daljit Kaur & others Vs. State of Punjab & others) vide order of even date, has quashed the above advertisement along with entire selection process, including provisional merit list.

In view of the above, claim made in the present writ petition has become only academic in nature, thus the same is disposed off as having been rendered infructuous. Ordered accordingly.
