Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been preferred by the petitioner seeking directions to the respondents to transfer the investigation of case FIR No. 88 dated 08.07.2018, registered under Sections 452, 324, 323, 427, 506, 148 & 149 IPC at Police Station Nehianwala, District Bathinda to any other police station under the direct supervision of some senior police officer.

Notice of motion.
