**** HARNARESH SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for issuance of direction to the trial Court to expedite the trial in criminal case No.84513 of 2013 in FIR No.356 dated 09.09.2007, registered under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B IPC, at Police Station Civil Lines Amritsar. At the outset, learned State counsel, on the instructions from ASI Dewan Singh, submits that in the present case, challan was presented; charges were framed and out of 20 prosecution witnesses, nine have already been examined.

Since, the trial is going on and out of 20 prosecution witnesses, 9 have already been examined, no orders are required to be passed in this petition, at this stage.

Disposed of.
