The present appeal Appeal U/s 21 of National Investigation Agency Act, 2008 has been preferred against the impugned order dated 29.12.2025 passed by Ld. Additional Sessions Judge, Gurdaspur whereby regular bail filed by the appellant in case bearing F.I.R. No. 124 dated 19.12.2024 under Sections 109, 324 (4), 303 (2), 317 (2), 341 (2), 61 (2) BNS, 2023, 4/5 Explosive Substance Act, 1884, later on added Section 13, 16, 17, 18-B, 20, 35, 40, 43E UAPA Act, Section 3/4/5 explosive substance Act, 1908, Police Station Kalanaur, District Gurdaspur, has been dismissed.

Learned State counsel has produced the custody certificate of the appellant, which is taken on record.

Status report filed by way of an affidavit of Amolak Singh, PPS, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Sub Division Kalanaur, District Gurdaspur, is taken on record.
