(Proceedings through V.C.) PANKAJ JAIN, J. (ORAL) By this petition, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case bearing FIR No.479 dated 23rd November, 2021 under Sections 323, 376(2) (n) and 506 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, registered at Police Station Model Town Panipat.

Reply by way of affidavit of Deputy Superintendent of Police, Traffic, Panipat along with documents has been filed on behalf of the respondent/State, the same is taken on record. 3.

Para No.4 of the aforesaid reply reads as under :- "That the police has collected the relevant material pertaining to the case and after completion of investigation in DEEPAK KUMAR 2022.03.19 13:14 I attest to the accuracy of this document

CRM-M-6236-2022 -2proper, fair and impartial manner from all angles, the cancellation report u/s 173 Cr.P.C. was prepared on 23/02/2022 on the basis of evidence, statements, documents, records and material available on the police file, and it will be presented in the Ld. Court at the earliest." 4.

In view of the stand taken therein, no further order is required to be passed.

Accordingly, the instant petition is disposed off as having been rendered infructuous.
