(ORAL) Learned counsel for the petitioner, after arguing at length, prays for and is permitted to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to approach the respondent-authorities by filing a representation. Mr. Anil Mehta, learned senior standing counsel, appearing for respondent No. 4 - GMCH, Chandigarh, submits that in case the petitioner approaches them, they will decide his representation in accordance with law. In view of the aforesaid statement made by learned senior standing counsel for the respondent No. 4, we do not find any reason to entertain the present writ petition which is accordingly disposed of. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case and, therefore, the authorities would be at liberty to examine the matter keeping all facts and facets into consideration and thereafter accept or reject the same in accordance with law.
