JUSTICE GURVINDER SINGH GILL Present:- Mr. Bikramjit Aroura, Advocate for the petitioner. ***** GURVINDER SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and while refraining from making any expression as regards the veracity of averments made in the petition, the petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3-Senior Superintendent of Police, Tarn Taran to ensure that the matter is got investigated expeditiously in accordance with law, so that a final report is submitted thereafter at the earliest. Needless to mention the investigating agency shall consider all the aspects of the case including the aspect as to whether any offence under Section 307 IPC is made out or not.

A copy of this order be sent to respondent No.3-Senior Superintendent of Police, Tarn Taran so as to enable him to do the needful expeditiously.
