(ORAL) Order dated 16.11.2019, which has been passed by this Court clearly indicates that the petitioner was ordered to be released on parole for six weeks from the date of release to the satisfaction of the District Magistrate, concerned. This explains the non-appearance of the counsel for the petitioner on the earlier few dates i.e. on 04.02.2020 and 24.02.2020.

Since, the petitioner had already availed of the relief which has been claimed, the present writ petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
