Learned counsel for the respondents submits that in case any of the petitioners is eligible for competing for the post, mentioned hereinbefore in accordance to notification dated 31.12.2021 (Annexure P-1) they will be allowed to compete and their candidature will be considered in accordance with law. And with regard to the claim of the petitioners for regularization of their services, learned counsel for respondent stipulates that in case any such representation is received the same will be decided in accordance with law by passing an appropriate speaking order within a period of eight weeks from the date of filing of the representation and in case, it is found that the petitioners are entitled for any relief the same will be granted and if the findings are to the contrary, then due reasons will be mentioned for not accepting the plea of the petitioners. 4.

As prayed for the present writ petition is disposed of as having been not pressed with liberty to the petitioners to approach the respondents by filing an appropriate representation. 5.

Pending applications including application for impleadment are disposed of.
