Present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, inter alia, for issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus to direct respondents for counting seniority of Patwari(s) in the District Sangrur from the date of regular appointment. Reply by way of short affidavit dated Nil of Sh. Jitendra Jorwal, IAS, Deputy Commissioner, Sangrur, on behalf of respondent Nos. 1 to 3, has been filed. Same is taken on record and copy thereof be supplied to the opposite side. Registry will do the needful. Case called twice.
