(ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been made for quashing FIR No. 14 dated 29.01.2020 (Annexure P-1) registered under Sections 452, 323 and 506 read with Section 34 IPC at Police Station City Budhlada District Mansa and all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of compromise (Annexure P-2) effected in between the parties. Pursuant to orders dated 04.02.2020 of this Court, the parties appeared before the Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Budhlada, on 10.02.2020 to get their statements recorded. Learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Budhlada, submitted his report vide letter No. 14 dated 17.02.2020, duly forwarded by the learned District and Sessions Judge, Mansa, vide letter No. 1155 dated 19.02.2020. CRM-M-4986-2020 -2According to the report, learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Budhlada, is satisfied that compromise effected between the parties is genuine and without any pressure or coercion. In compliance of order dated 04.02.2020, original receipts regarding deposit of costs of `20,000/- have also been produced in Court today. The same are taken on record. Be tagged at appropriate place. Considering the report of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Budhlada, dated 17.02.2020 and deposit of costs as well as the fact that the compromise will bring peace and harmony between the parties, aforesaid FIR No. 14 dated 29.01.2020 (Annexure P-1) and all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom, are quashed, qua the petitioners only.

Registry is directed to verify deposit of aforesaid costs, with the concerned quarter.
