Vide order dated 04.02.2020 passed by this Court, the petitioner had been granted ad interim pre-arrest bail and directed to join investigation.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from Inspector Dalbir Singh, submits that the petitioner has joined investigation. Keeping in view the fact that the petitioner has joined investigation, this Court finds that the petitioner is now not required for any further investigation. Without commenting on the merits of the case, the present petition is allowed and the order dated 04.02.2020 granting PARVEEN KUMAR 2021.12.20 04:08 I attest to the accuracy of this order.

CRM-M-4906-2020 /2/ interim bail to the petitioner, is made absolute, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
