[1] This petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. is filed seeking anticipatory bail in FIR No. 66, dated 7th August, 2019 under Section 22 of the Narcotic Drugs & Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, registered at Police Station Fattu Dhinga, District Kapurthala. [2] The petitioner was granted bail, he jumped the bail and his bail bonds were cancelled on 25th March, 2021. [3] After arguing for some time and realizing that in view of decision of the Supreme Court in Manish Jain v. Haryana State Pollution Control Board, 2021(1) AICLR 416, the present petition is not maintainable, learned counsel for the petitioner restricts his prayer that petitioner will surrender before the trial Court within seven days and apply for regular bail, same be decided expeditiously.
