Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he be allowed to withdraw the present petition at this stage, with liberty to the petitioner to approach the higher police authorities for redressal of his grievance. In view of above, present petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner that in case he approaches the senior police officer of the area by moving an appropriate representation within 15 days from today for redressal of his grievance, the same shall be decided by the said authority, expeditiously.
