The present contempt petition has been filed for deliberate and intentional disobedience of order dated 13.02.2025 passed by this Court in CWP-1101-2013, whereby following order was passed:- "57. For all the above stated reasons, this Court finds merit in the instant petition, and, is constrained to allow it. Consequently, the instant petition is allowed. The impugned annexures are quashed and set aside. 58.

The respondents are directed to after imposing such conditions, as deemed necessary for ensuring the safety concerns of the inhabitants of the colony but strictly in terms of the recommendations made by Mr. Z. Ahmed in Annexure R-2, and, in Annexure-7, besides in terms of supra stated directions, proceed to within one month from today, grant the espoused licence to the present petitioner. Moreover, the respondents are also directed to ensure that the lives of all the inhabitants, whose colonies are presently existing on the banks of the rivers flowing throughout the State of Haryana, are ensured to be protected through forthwith adoptions VIRENDRA SINGH ADHIKARI 2026.05.23 14:18 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

In compliance of the order dated 13.02.2025 passed by this Court in CWP-1101-2013, status report by way of affidavit dated 10.03.2026 of Amit Khatri, Director Town & Country Planning, Haryana, along with Annexures R-1 to R-7, has been filed on behalf of respondent No.1; affidavit of Babita Gupta, District Town Planner (HQ), Department of Town and Country Planning, Haryana, has been filed on behalf of respondent No.2 and compliance report by way of affidavit dated 15.05.2026 of Amit Khatri, Director Town & Country Planning, Haryana, along with Annexure R-1, has been filed on behalf of respondent No.1 in the Registry. The same are taken on record.

A perusal of the same shows that order dated 13.02.2025 passed by this Court in CWP-1101-2013 has been complied with. 4.

In view of the above, since order dated 13.02.2025 passed by this Court in CWP-1101-2013, has been complied with, therefore, the present contempt is purged and rule stands discharged. 5.
