None had put in appearance on behalf of the petitioner on 06.09.2023. The petitioner was directed to deposit the process fee as the same was not deposited and on needful being done, fresh notices were to be issued. Again on 24.11.2023 none appeared on behalf of the petitioner however, on the basis of a written request circulated on behalf of the counsel for the petitioner the case was adjourned. Subsequently the matter had been adjourned on three dates by order due to the heavy board. As per the Office report, the respondents still remain unserved due to incomplete address. 2.

Today, despite the matter being called twice since morning, none has put in appearance on behalf of the petitioner. 3.

In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present revision petition for non-prosecution. 4.

Dismissed for non-prosecution. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
