Present second petition has been filed under Section 439 of Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.0127 dated 04.07.2023, registered under Sections 376/506 IPC and Section 4 of POCSO Act, at Police Station Sadar, Samana, District Patiala. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner stated that as per the instructions of petitioner, he does not want to pursue the present regular bail application and withdraws the same.
