The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the instant writ petition, however, with liberty to assail the validity of the order dated 25.07.2024 (Annexure P-3) before the appropriate authority/forum, i.e. Ombudsman concerned.

Consequently, the instant writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn, however, with liberty (supra). In case, the petitioner institutes any motion, within 15 days from today, against Annexure P-3 before the Ombudsman concerned, by enclosing therewith an application for condonation of delay, the latter shall consider the said application sympathetically by taking into account the fact that, the petitioner was agitating his claim before this Court through this misconceived motion.
