**** RAJ MOHAN SINGH, J. (Oral) In pursuance of order dated 17.04.2023, learned State counsel submits that inquiry has already been concluded by the Sub Divisional Magistrate, Ferozepur Jhirka and an appropriate order shall be passed by the competent authority within three weeks.

In view of aforesaid statement, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to assail the order, if any passed by the competent authority in accordance with law.
