The petitioner through instant petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is seeking setting aside of order dated 03.01.1997 (Annexure P-6) whereby Labour Court has allowed application under Section 33-C(2) of Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 (for short 'ID Act').

Ms. Suverna Mutneja, Advocate submits that as per her knowledge, factory was closed from two decades ago and she has no contact with her client.
