Somwati Kadiyan-appellant has filed this appeal challenging the impugned judgment of conviction and the order of sentence dated 21.1.2011 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Narnaul, vide which the appeal filed by the accused-appellants against the judgment of conviction dated 9.11.2006 and the order of sentence dated 10.11.2006 passed by learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Narnaul, was partly allowed and the accused were ordered to be released on probation. The appellant has prayed that the impugned judgment of the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Narnaul in case titled Surender Singh and others v. State be HARPAL SINGH PARMAR 2015.11.05 18:08 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Chandigarh
Cr. Appeal No.S-2636-SB of 2011(O&M) [2] set aside and the appeal of the appellant may kindly be allowed and the respondents should be sentenced to undergo rigorous imprisonment for the offences for which they have already been held guilty by the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Narnaul and the appellant should be held entitled for maintenance allowance or compensation. Today, learned counsel for the appellant and learned counsel for respondents No.2 to 4 stated before this Court that the parties have already effected a compromise and the appellant wants to withdraw this appeal. In view of the fact that the learned counsel for the appellant as well as learned counsel for respondents No.2 to 4 have no objection to the withdrawal of the appeal, the same is dismissed as withdrawn. November 3, 2015.
