Petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023 (corresponding Section 482 Cr.P.C.) for quashing of FIR No.163, dated 15.06.2024, under Sections 406, 420 IPC, registered at Police Station Guhla, District Kaithal (Annexure P-1), and all the consequential proceedings arising therefrom.

At the outset, learned State counsel informs the Court that after completion of investigation, cancellation report has been prepared and same is likely to be presented before the trial Court concerned within next two months.

In view of the statement made by learned State counsel, present petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents and also to the trial Court concerned that on filing of the cancellation report (which is already prepared by the Investigating Agency) within the stipulated period of two months, same shall be decided within a period of next three months from its JAWALA RAM 2025.07.15 20:09 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document
