***** VIKAS BAHL, J (ORAL) This is a civil writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the order dated 13.11.2019 (Annexure P-12). Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that subsequent to the filing of the present writ petition, certain orders have been passed by the authorities which are required to be challenged and thus, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a fresh petition challenging the subsequent orders in addition to the orders already under challenge in the present writ petition. In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
