RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Custody certificate filed in Court today is taken on record. Through instant petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C. has been made for grant of regular bail to petitioner - Manjinder Singh - in a case arising from FIR No.171 dated 10.12.2019 registered under Section 22 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances, 1985 at Police Station Mahilpur, District Hoshiarpur.
According to the prosecution, on 10.12.2019, 10 injections of LEEGESIC (Buprenorphine) of 2ML were recovered from the petitioner, without any permit or licence.
Learned counsel for the petitioner inter alia contends that FSL report has not yet been received. Therefore, it cannot be said at this stage that alleged recovery was a narcotic substance. Petitioner is in custody since 10.12.2019.

-2CRM-M-5257 of 2020 In view of above, but without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the petitioner is granted interim bail subject to furnishing personal bonds and two sureties of ` 2.00 lakh each, to the satisfaction of Special Court concerned only till receipt of the FSL report. The petition stands disposed of accordingly.
