RAJIV SHARMA,J (ORAL) The case of the petitioner is that No Due Certificate was not issued to it despite the entire dues having been re-paid regarding Medium Term Loan, in the light of first One Time Settlement. Learned counsel for the respondent-Bank submits that after the first One Time Settlement, the outstanding balance amount as per the second One Time Settlement is Rupees twenty four lacs as on 20.01.2020. Examining the contents of the case in hand and keeping in view the fact that second One Time Settlement came into existence, we find the petition to be devoid of merit.
