ARUN MONGA, J. (ORAL) Petition herein is, inter alia, for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to implement its own circulars dated 29.08.2018 and 24.06.2019 (Annexures P-2 and P-3) respectively.

Learned State counsel on advance service of copy of petition joins the proceedings and submits that per her instructions, respondent No.7 i.e. Labour Commissioner, Haryana is to get ensure that the Circulars/orders dated 29.08.2018 and 24.06.2019 (Annexures P-2 and P-3) issued by respondent No.2 i.e. Director, Food & Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs Department, Haryana are implemented in letter and spirit. 3.

That being the position, writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.7 i.e. Labour Commissioner, Labour Department Haryana to ensure that no violation of the Circulars dated 29.08.2018 and 24.06.2019 (Annexures P-2 and P-3) takes place and in compliance thereof VIVEK PAHWA 2021.02.18 19:05 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
