(Oral) The only prayer made in this petition is to issue a direction to the Assistant Collector II Grade, Palwal, to decide the partition application, which is pending before the said Court since 02.01.1989. Though, it is surprising that the Assistant Collector II Grade, Palwal, is keeping the proceedings pending for such a long date, still, it is directed that the proceedings be finalized within a period of 06 months from today.

With the aforesaid observations, this petition is disposed of.
