MANJARI NEHRU KAUL, J. (Oral) A writ of Mandamus is being sought by the petitioner. However, a perusal of the paper book reveals that no representation has been made to the authorities concerned. In the circumstances, this court fails to understand as to how a writ of Mandamus can be issued to the official respondents.
After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to avail alternative remedy as may be available to him in accordance with law. Allowed as prayed for. Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid granted.
