(Oral) Prayer in this 2nd petition filed under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023 read with Section 483 of BNSS, 2023, is for grant of interim bail to the petitioner for a period of two months in FIR No.32 dated 17.02.2024 registered under Sections 21, 25, 29, 61 of the NDPS Act, 1985 at Police Station Gharinda, District Amritsar (Rural). Status report by way of affidavit of Lakhwinder Singh, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Sub-Division Attari, Amritsar (Rural) has been filed in the Court today which is taken on record. Learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file afresh petition on the same cause of action by attaching all the medical record pertaining to medical condition of the wife of petitioner.
