HARSH BUNGER, J. (ORAL) Petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, for issuance of direction to the official respondents to get investigate FIR No.299 dated 20.12.2022 (Annexure P-1) registered under Sections 148, 149, 323, 324 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code (subsequently added Sections 325 and 307 of the IPC), at Police Station Shahzadpur, District Ambala, from some higher official not below the rank of Superintendent of Police as till date, no action has been taken against the named accused/respondents by the police of concerned police station.

At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he does not press the present petition.

Dismissed as not pressed.
