**** SANJAY VASHISTH , J. (Oral) Counsel for the appellant submits that present appeal has been filed against the judgment of acquittal dated 22.12.2009. Respondent faced trial for bouncing of Cheque No.209815 dated 12.05.2008 amounting to Rs.1,00,000/-.

Counsel for the appellant submits that respondent-Om Parkash has already expired during the pendency of the present appeal before this Court and complainant is also not running with the good health. In the circumstances and considering all the aspects, counsel for the appellant does not press the issue raised in the present appeal.
