Petition under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, has been filed for grant of pre-arrest bail to the petitioner in FIR No.217 dated 30.09.2022, under Sections 120-B, 307 and 201 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, and Sections 25 and 27 of the Arms Act, 1959, registered at Police Station Bahu Akbarpur, District Rohtak. 2.

After arguing for some time, when this Court was not inclined to accept the prayer, learned counsel, on instructions from the petitioner, wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to take recourse to the remedy available under law.
