RAJAN GUPTA J. (ORAL) Mr. Sachdeva submits that there is ambiguity in the order dated 14.01.2020 passed by Company Judge. As per his version, no permission is required for the purpose of continuing with the recovery proceedings before the Debt Recovery Tribunal. He submits that he may be allowed to withdraw this appeal with liberty to move an application for review/clarification before the Company Judge.
