Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for setting aside order dated 12.03.2014 (Annexure P6), whereby petitioner was declared as proclaimed person in a complaint under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881.
Having considered the matter, present petition stands disposed of with the directions to the learned trial Judge to consider the application, if any, moved by the petitioner within a period of 15 days from today for releasing him on bail. In case, petitioner raises a plea regarding mandatory period of 30 days before declaring any accused to be proclaimed person/ proclaimed offender, the learned trial Judge shall also consider the same and decide that aspect.
