Hearing this statement, learned counsel for the petitioner states that he be permitted to withdraw the present petition, however, a direction be issued to the trial Court to conclude the trial expeditiously. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn. The trial Court is directed to make earnest efforts to conclude the trial expeditiously, preferable within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
