(ORAL) Application for review of the order dated 02.02.2022 has been filed. Learned counsel for the applicant-petitioners has submitted that the prayer in the main writ petition was that the petitioners be not replaced by similarly situated persons, which aspect has not been considered in the order dated 02.02.2022.

A perusal of the record, however, would go on to show that the prayer clause of the writ petition was specific i.e. to regularize the services of the writ petitioners in terms of the Policy dated 18.03.2011, which was the subject matter of consideration. Learned Single Judge had rejected the claim of the writ petitioners for regularization of their service under the Policy, who had approached this Court. The order of the learned Single Judge had been upheld while dismissing the appeal. Moreover, the order under review was dictated in open Court in the presence of all the Counsels, including the present Counsel, who is AJAY KUMAR 2022.03.17 16:27 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document High Court, Chandigarh appearing for the review petitioners.

RA-LP-3-2022 In such circumstances, we are of the considered opinion that there is no apparent error in the order dated 02.02.2022, which would warrant interference in the limited jurisdiction under the provisions of review. Accordingly, no case for review is made out.
