HARINDER SINGH SIDHU, J Prayer is for grant of pre-arrest bail in the event of any case being registered against the petitioner at the instance of Ravi @ Anda and his associates.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from SI Puran Singh, submits that there is no case registered against the petitioner and the petitioner is not wanted in any criminal case. In view thereof, present petition is disposed of having become infructuous.
