This petition has been filed seeking directions to respondents no.2 and 3 to conduct fair and impartial investigation. Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Lakhwinderjit Singh, submits that the case has been investigated and challan against all except one of the accused has been presented in the Court. Offence under Section 354 IPC has been deleted. Raids are being conducted to arrest the only remaining accused. In view of the submissions made by learned State counsel, there is no need to issue any direction in the matter.
