**** ALOK JAIN, J. (Oral) Vide order dated 06.02.2023, the petitioner was directed to place on record the duly attested copy of the passport along with the copies of all the visas of the petitioner.

The present petition relates to challenge of order dated 30.11.2022 and 07.01.2023 passed by Additional Sessions Judge, FTSC, Sirsa, for cancellation of bail of the petitioner on the ground that the petitioner has left the country without taking permission from the Court. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition.

Prayer allowed.

Accordingly, the present petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
