This is an application for withdrawal of the main appeal being RSA-2098-2022.

For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed. RSA-2098-2022 9.

Learned counsel for the appellants seeks permission to withdraw the present appeal in view of the compromise entered into between the parties.
